Aceclofenac 100mg+Paracetamol 325mg+ Chlorzoxazone250mg
Description
Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant used to treat muscle spasm and the resulting pain or discomfort. It acts on the spinal cord by depressing reflexes.Possible side effects include dizziness, lightheadedness, malaise, nausea, vomiting, and liver dysfunction. Used with acetaminophen it has added risk of hepatoxicity, which is why the combination is not recommended. It can also be administered for acute pain in general and for tension headache & muscle contraction headache
Chlorzoxazone works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm
Aceclofenac/Paracetamol is used for Ankylosing spondylitis, Flu, Fever, Periods pain, Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis and other conditions.
• Blocking the action of cyclo-oxygenase in the body.
• Increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating

Aceclofenac / Paracetamol is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
• Ankylosing spondylitis
• Flu
• Fever
• Periods pain
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Osteoarthritis
• Periarthritis of scapulohumerous
• Lumbago
Chlorzoxazone is used for muscle relaxation.
Side-effects
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur in medicines that contain Aceclofenac / Paracetamol. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
• Dyspepsia
• Abdominal pain
• Nausea
• Rash
• Urticaria
• Enuresis
Overdose symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, muscle weakness, shallow breathing, or fainting
Dark colored urine, Sleepiness, Fatigue, Body ache, Drowsiness, Liver toxicity, Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Nausea, Nervousness, Dry mouth, Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, Decreased blood pressure.
Precautions & How to Use
Before using Aceclofenac / Paracetamol, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
• Avoid driving and operate dangerous machinery
• Avoid using it if allergic to paracetamol
• Do not take paracetamol if you consume alcoholic beverages every day
• Gastro-intestinal disorders
• History of gastroulceration
• Patients recovering after a surgery
Drug Interactions
If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Aceclofenac / Paracetamol may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Aceclofenac / Paracetamol may interact with the following drugs and products:
• Alcohol
• Interfere with certain laboratory tests
• Juxtapid mipomersen
• Ketoconazole
• Leflunomid
CHLORZOXAZONE
• Drinking alcohol can increase certain side effects of chlorzoxazone.
• Before using chlorzoxazone, tell your doctor if you regularly use other medicines that make you sleepy (such as cold or allergy medicine, sedatives, narcotic pain medicine, sleeping pills, muscle relaxers, and medicine for seizures, depression, or anxiety). They can add to sleepiness caused by chlorzoxazone.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac / Paracetamol is a contraindication. In addition, Aceclofenac / Paracetamol should not be used if you have the following conditions:
• Active peptic ulcer
• Acute rhinitis
• Allergy to Aceclofenac
• Asthma
• Hepatic impairment
• Hypersensitivity
