Description
Ninza Cold is used for Headache, Toothache, Ear pain, Joint pain, Periods pain, Fever and other conditions. Ninza Cold Tablet contains Caffeine, Cetirizine, Nimesulide, Paracetamol, and Phenylephrine as active ingredients. Ninza Cold Tablet works by increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating; blocking histamine that is produced during an allergic rejection; constricting the blood vessels results in decreasing the flow of blood thus relieves nasal congestion; blocking the production of prostaglandins thereby relieving pain and inflammation; antagonizing the adenosine receptors.

Mechanism of Action and Pharmacology
Ninza Cold Tablet improves the patient's condition by performing the following functions:
• Increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating.
• Blocking histamine that is produced during an allergic rejection.
• Constricting the blood vessels results in decreasing the flow of blood thus relieves nasal congestion.
• Blocking the production of prostaglandins thereby relieving pain and inflammation.
• Antagonizing the adenosine receptors.
Side effects

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Ninza Cold Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Ninza Cold Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
• Coagulation disorder
• Edema
• Hepatic impairment
• Hypersensitivity
• Hypertension
• Hyperthyroidism
