Description:

One-2-3 Syrup is used for Respiratory diseases, Cough, Congestion, Common cold, Bronchitis, Breathing illnesses and other conditions. One-2-3 Syrup contains Ambroxol Hydrochloride, Guaiphenesin, Menthol, and Terbutaline Sulphate as active ingredients. One-2-3 Syrup works by thinning the chest mucus; thinning the mucus in the air passages; relaxing and opening the airways; temporarily relieving minor pain.

Ambroxol 20mg+Terbutaline Sulphate 1.5mg+Guaiphenesin50m+Menthol 0.5mg

Breathing illnesses
Reversible airway obstructive diseases
Uncomplicated premature labor
Pain in arthritis
Pain in shoulder joint
Pain in tendons
Pain in muscle strains or sprains
Back pain
Bruising
Mechanism of Action and Pharmacology
One-2-3 Syrup works by performing the following functions:
Thinning the chest mucus.
Thinning the mucus in the air passages.
Relaxing and opening the airways.
Temporarily relieving minor pain
Side-effects
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of  One-2-3 Syrup. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
Gastric ulceration
Stomach pain
Loose motions
Vomiting
Itchy skin rash
Hypersensitivity
Precautions & How to Use
Before using One-2-3 Syrup, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.

One-2-3 Syrup may interact with the following drugs and products:

Anisindione
Bendrofluazide

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to  One-2-3 Syrup is a contraindication. In addition, One-2-3 Syrup  should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Allergic reactions
Breastfeeding
Breathing difficulty
Gastric ulceration
Hypersensitivity
Pregnant
